We always collect personal data during the ordering phase of an online sale.  This is necessary so that we can process your order and send it to you promptly. We will only use your personal data for marketing purposes if you have agreed to this at the checkout stage.

Gabriel & Ester has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) to oversee compliance with this policy.  You have the right to make a complaint at any time and this will be handled by the appointed DPO.
