Our returns policy

Returns for orders placed through gabrielandester.com are free within the UK. If you return an item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery (or 14 days for sale items), we will refund the amount paid for the item. If your order was placed using a promotion or discount, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

How to return the order

After receiving your request, our team will get in touch to confirm the return and provide all necessary instructions.

Please allow up to 14 days for your return parcel to reach us. Once your return has been received and approved, we will process your refund and notify you by email. Refunds to your original payment method usually appear within 5 working days, depending on your bank.
