Our returns policy
Returns for orders made through gabrielandester.com are free within the UK. If you return the clothing item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt, or 14 days for sale items, we will refund the amount you paid for the item. The refund amount will be adjusted if any offers or discounts have been applied to your order.
How to return the order
To return any clothing items please complete the form that came with your order and enclose it in your parcel. If you would like to swap an item, just return it for a refund, and place a new order.
Please note that it will take at least 14 days for your return package to reach us. We will send you an email once your return has been processed.

I lost your returns form/I need an additional returns form. What should I do?
А note with the following information will do:
- Your name, address, and phone number.
- Your order number.
- Item code(s) and reason for the return(s).
Refund processing speed
It can take up to 14 days for a returned parcel to reach us, from the date it was sent back. We will promptly send you an email when your return is completed. Any refund processed on a credit or debit card will appear on your statement within 5 working days of processing.
If you do not receive a refund notice within 14 days of sending your items back, please contact us with your order number and the details about items you sent back. We will look over your situation and get back to you promptly with an answer.
How to return an order from outside of the UK
If you live in or outside the EU (not in the UK), please fill out the return form that came with your order and enclose it in the parcel, then send the parcel to the address below:
