Pricing and Customs Fees

All payments on gabrielandester.com are made in GBP. If you use a card in a different currency, the GBP, exchange rate and any additional fees charged by your card issuer will apply.

Prices shown are based on UK shipping. For UK deliveries, local tax will apply and the price may be adjusted at checkout. Please note that for shipments outside the UK, customs duties may apply, which are outside our control. We recommend that you check the customs fee information before placing your order, as unfortunately, we will not be able to cover the costs.

Payment terms

We only accept payment once your items have been dispatched. We only charge for items that are in stock, so if you buy pre-order item(s), we won't charge you until they leave our warehouse.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

First of all, check the tracking information that you can find in your confirmation email to see where your package is.

Your package may be delayed, so if the delivery takes longer than stated, contact us with your order number and we will try to expedite the delivery process and let you know as soon as possible.

What should I do if I'm not home when my order is delivered?

Don't worry. You can find out the exact delivery date and time in your order confirmation email. If you want to change the delivery date or time, please contact us in advance.
