I haven’t got a verification email
Please initially check your spam folder. If it’s not there, feel free to contact us with your order number and we'll look into your situation in detail.
I want to change/cancel my order
If you’ve want to change or cancel the order, please contact us as soon as you can, as orders move rapidly through to our storage. We’ll try to make any changes, but unfortunately we can’t make any guarantees, as the order may already have been processed. In such cases, you may have to wait until you receive the order and then follow the usual returns or exchanges procedure.
I canceled my order. What happens next?
If you’re in the European Union and you cancel your whole order within 14 days of receiving your goods, we’ll refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. You will also have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us.
We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the 14 days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations or if you only cancel part of your order (although you still have 90 days to return clothes and get a refund).
How to return the order
To return any clothing items please complete the form that came with your order and enclose it in your parcel. If you would like to swap an item, just return it for a refund, and place a new order.
Please note that it will take at least 14 days for your return package to reach us. We will send you an email once your return has been processed.
